The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No.22 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) (d) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 2 liters country made liquor, semi prepared liquor and utensils for preparing the liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 29.01.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

No.17380 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Aurangabad, in connection with Dhibra P.S. Case No.22 of 2017.
