1. At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.12.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No.19456 of 2021, the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 01.02.2025, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court MJC No.3206 of 2023(4) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 01.02.2025, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.
