2. An application has been filed seeking a modification of the order dated 26.07.2023, passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37363 of 2023, whereby this Court has directed the petitioner to furnish bail bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Araria. It is submitted that in the original petition, on account of inadvertence, in place of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, it has been wrongly typed as learned Additional Sessions Judge, Araria and thus, error has crept in the order dated 26.07.2023.

3. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81957 of 2023(2) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 petitioner, the order dated 26.07.2023, to the extent it is mentioned that, "to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Araria" be read as "to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria."

4. Accordingly, the order dated 26.07.2023 stands modified.
