1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 1915.
3. Learned A.P.P. for the State at the outset submits that the case is of the year 2014 and the instant anticipatory bail application has been filed in the year 2025 i.e. after eleven years of the occurrence which amply demonstrates that petitioner at his leisure is moving. It is further submitted that a person who does not approach the Court in time the Court should not show leniency to such accused. It is next submitted that from perusal of the order impugned, it would manifest that warrant of arrest has been issued.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to rebut the said submission of the learned A.P.P. for the State, as such, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.O. Case No. 113 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. II, Nawada/Successor Court.
5. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
