====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 30.10.2017, seeks bail in connection with Chakmeshi P.S.Case No. 127 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/504/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that quarrel took place due to land dispute and the petitioner and his daughter caught hold deceased Rakesh Kumar thereafter Akshay Kumar stabbed at his back and on the way to hospital he died.

Submission is that there is land dispute in between both sides and there is no allegation against the petitioner of giving any blow rather specific allegation is against Akshay Kumar and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Renu Devi @ Sunaina Devi, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19362 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1, Samastipur, in connection with Chakmeshi P.S. Case No. 127 of 2017.
