The petitioner, already in custody since 06.02.2018 seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 72 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 188, 337,338,353 and 427 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984..
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on account of parity as other similarly situated co-accused persons have been admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 15.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14633 of 2018 and by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15474 of 2018. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and a large number of unemployed youth were protesting against irregularity committed in the examination
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17573 of 2018 (2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 of Railway Board and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikash Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018.
