JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 09.12.2017 seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No. 250 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian penal Code.
It is submitted that it's a case of elopement and not of kidnapping which is reflected from the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she has married with the petitioner. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Govind Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 250 of 2017. (Arun Kumar, J) Sujit/- U T
