Patna High Court MJC No.3789 of 2024(2) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 order dated 23.09.2024 passed in CWJC No. 14507 of 2024 to the extent that the Khesra Number has been mentioned as 3745 in the third line at page no. 2 of the said order dated 23.09.2024 instead of Khesra No. 2745. It is submitted that on account of inadvertence, wrong Khesra Number had been mentioned in the original writ petition, however, now the same has been correctly stated in paragraph no. 4 of the present petition. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the Khesra Number, typed as Khesra No. 3745 in the order dated 23.09.2024, passed in CWJC No. 14507 of 2024, as aforesaid, shall be deemed to be read as Khesra No. 2745. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 23.09.2024, passed in CWJC No. 14507 of 2024. Rest of the order dated 23.09.2024, passed in CWJC No. 14507 of 2024, shall remain the same.
