The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.7472 of 2019 arising out of P.R. No.126 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 13.500 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the bag of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.08.2019 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
