JUSTICE RAMESH CHAND MALVIYA ORAL ORDER 07-11-2025 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60077 of 2025 passed by this Court whereby and whereunder this Court has been pleased to direct the petitioner to surrender in the Trial court within four weeks.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is living outside the State of Bihar for earning his livelihood as such he is the sole bread earner of his family, therefore, petitioner prays for extension of time to surrender before the Trial Court.

3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court grants further four

No.75960 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 weeks time to the petitioner from today to surrender before the Trial Court and the Trial Court shall consider the compromise petition and verify the same in the presence of all the victims and if the said compromise petition is found to be true, then the Trial Court shall enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
