JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 189 of 2017 arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S.Case No. 560 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian penal Code and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Allegation in brief is that accused persons including the petitioner enticed away minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that girl was recovered and in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she admits that she eloped wishfully with one Rajesh Kumar and no role is played by this petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Golu Kumar @ Shivam Kumar @ Gulu
