2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the fact that the attention of the authority was drawn to the effect that some of the alive voters have been shown as dead in the voters' list, the same was not entertained by the authority.

3. The petitioner may approach the concerned Block Development Officer/Returning Officer who shall decide the
