Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A , 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioners are in custody since 07.10.2017.

From the possession of the petitioners, individually a loaded pistol and cartridges were allegedly recovered. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioners, above named, on completion of nine months of custody, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6659 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chautham Police Station Case No.179 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
