Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim died after 5 years of her marriage in her matrimonial house allegedly for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. The husband is already in custody. Petitioners are parents of the husband. There is general and omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioners also. Petitioners are in custody since 13.02.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two

No.17769 of 2018 (2) dt.30-03-2018 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar Police Station Case No.167 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
