JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-03-2024 This is for the second time that the petitioners have approached this Court seeking extension of time to submit their bail bonds in terms of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.8455 of 2023.

2. Earlier the petitioners were granted order to submit their bail bonds within three weeks from the date of the order i.e. 15.09.2023. The petitioners have failed to avail the liberty granted to them.

3. Although, the Court is not happy with the conduct of the petitioners but considering that the matter relates to liberty and the petitioners have been earlier granted privilege of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80688 of 2023(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 pre-arrest bail and the submission that they are outside the State, by way of last indulgence, three weeks further time is granted to the petitioners to submit their respective bail bonds in terms of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.8455 of 2023. If the bail bonds are duly submitted within the aforesaid period, the same will be accepted by the learned court below and the benefit of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.8455 of 2023 shall be available to the petitioners. No further request for extension shall be entertained.

4. This application stands disposed of.
