The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and removing her dead body.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant and after investigation, while the police submitted charge sheet against other named accused but submitted the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67318 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 final form finding the case untrue against the petitioner but differing with the final form, the court below took cognizance against the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, (Nalanda), in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
