ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2017 in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.317 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of any firearm from the possession of the petitioner, rather only a mobile phone was recovered from him, which is but natural.

Having considered such facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
