JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Chakmehshi PS Case No. 46 of 2013 (S.T. No. 447 of 2017) registered under Sections 304(B), 204 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner after killing his wife for non fulfillment of demand of dowry cremated her dead body discretely.

Submission is that it is a case of suicide by the petitioner's wife, he is in custody since 10.4.2016 and three witnesses have been examined.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner at present is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of one year. (Arun Kumar, J) Snkumar/- U T
