====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Complaint Case No. 810 of 2009 registered under Sections 323, 504, 420, 467 and 468 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner on the pretext of providing job to the complainant had taken 1,70,500/- rupees. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of the year 2006 and the complaint was filed in the year 2009, the petitioner had no knowledge of any process issued against him and he is in custody since 3.11.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Arun Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IX Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 810 of 2009.
