For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/ Rule(s)/Direction (s) in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondents for payment of Rs.15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh Rupees Only) as compensation alongwith statutory interest, for demolishing the newly constructed residential house of the petitioner, upon her raiyati land, on 25.11.2022, which land has been purchased by the petitioner, vide sale deed no. 1037 dated 09.04.2001. (ii). For initiation of appropriate legal proceeding against the Circle Officer, Khanpur, for illegally demolishing the residential house of the petitioner, constructed upon her purchased land."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the title suit bearing Title Suit No. 744 of 2022, pending before the learned Court of Sub-Judge-I, Samastipur, which has already been preferred by the petitioner. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The present writ petition stands dismissed.
