This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.12.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48048 of 2021 whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 23.12.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48048 of 2021, is hereby extended by eight weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed with the modification as above.
