====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Today again, on call, a prayer is being made for adjournment. Yesterday also, the case was got adjourned as per the instance of the petitioner.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On examination of the materials available on record it is evident that victim, who was kidnapped, in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has categorically stated that she was kidnapped by the petitioner and continuously for three days she was raped.

Considering the fact that there is specific accusation against the petitioner, there is no reason to entertain the prayer for bail.

The prayer for bail stands dismissed.
