The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2019 in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 75/18 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B)/427/438 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 16/17/18/20/23 of the UAP Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is a named accused in the FIR, the source of identification by the informant has not been disclosed. It is further submitted that the entire allegation by the Chowkidar is on the basis of suspicion and it cannot be said that as to who has set the two trucks on fire. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further submits that another co-accused has since been extended the privilege of bail by this Court vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67961 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 order dated 19.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72935 of 2018. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Lakhisarai, in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 75/18.
