Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bhairavasthan (Madhubani) PS Case No. 67 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and except disclosure of the name of the petitioner in the confessional statement of co-accused in another case, there is no material and charge-sheet has been submitted. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pradip Mandal @ Pradeep Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Bhairavasthan (Madhubani) PS Case No. 67 of 2017.
