No. 66078 of 2025 with a prayer that the father's name of petitioner No. 1 be added as Jang Bahadur Rai and father's name of petitioner No. 2 be added as Bhuil Paswan in the bail order as per the Adhar card of the petitioners and further time of surrender before the concerned Court may be extended.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he has filed supplementary affidavit stating that the father of petitioner No. 1 is called with both names as "Late Jawahir Rai @ Late Jang Bahadur Rai" and father of petitioner No. 2 is called with both names as "Mahesh Paswan @ Bhuil Paswan".

3. Learned counsel for the State does not controvert the said submission.

4. Accordingly, in the order dated 24.09.2025 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the father's name of petitioner No. 1 be read as "Late Jawahir Rai @ Late Jang Bahadur Rai" and father's name of petitioner No. 2 be read as "Mahesh Paswan @ Bhuil Paswan" and time for furnishing bailbond is extended for six weeks from today.

5. The order dated 24.09.2025 is modified to the extent indicated above.
