The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased in the instant case. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated due to local village politics. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
