2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 342, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., on 19.03.2024 at about 3:30 pm, when informant was going to Tarwara Market for purchasing some items, in the meantime this petitioner along with other accused persons stopped him and tied him with a pillar and snatched Rs.30,000/- from his pocket, mobile phone and gold chain worth Rs.50,000/-. When informant's villager Ramdeo Sharma came to rescue, this petitioner assaulted him.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80070 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 submits that due to petty dispute, a simple maarpit took place between the parties, for which there is case and counter case. Injuries allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of injury, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan, in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
