The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No.380 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 308(2), 331(4), 303(2), 324(4), 324 (5), 316(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the B.N.S, 2023.

The petitioner is the landlord and the informant is the tenant of the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner has assaulted the husband of the informant. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury sustained by the husband of the informant is simple in nature. He further submits that the informant used to run medical shop in the house of the petitioner and when the

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger / concerned Court below, in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No.380 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS / 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
