The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kateya P. S. Case No.193 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354-B, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that there is case and counter case and the daughter of the informant Rani Khatoon had sustained only simple injuries and no injury was found on Shamima Khatoon,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68481 of 2019(5) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XV, Gopalganj in Kateya P. S. Case No.193 of 2019 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
