JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-09-2023 This application has been filed for quashing the FIR of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 361 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 171 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

2. FIR shows that the petitioner became successful in securing the job of Panchayat Teacher after producing forged and fabricated educational certificates.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the entire allegation is false and this FIR is nothing but an abuse of the process of the Court.

4. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the Vigilance has submitted that this case has been lodged in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1910 of 2023(2) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 pursuance of the order dated 05.12.2016 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No.15459 of 2014 and even the petitioner has not resigned from service as yet and the amnesty period has already lapsed.

5. I do not find any merit in this petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
