Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.308 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner shot at the informant's brother causing fire arm injury near his right ear. Submission is that the injury is simple in nature. Having considered the specific allegation of shooting at the informant's brother against the petitioner and also causing fire arm injury, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is presently rejected in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.308 of 2017, pending in the court of learned ACJM-XI, Gaya.
