Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is not an eye-witness of the actual occurrence. The petitioner was not seen fleeing from the place of occurrence, at the time of occurrence. Petitioner is a female. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 391 of 2017 arising out of Sugauli Police Station Case No. 57 of 2016,
