2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 351(1), 352, 3(5) and 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted brother of the informant by means of spade causing his death. He also caused injury to the mother of the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 8.7.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the gravity of accusation as well as the materials collected during course of investigation, petition for bail of this petitioner is dismissed. Since, petitioner is in custody, let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably
