2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2017 in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of eight round country made pistols with one pellet loaded from the upper portion of his trouser. It is submitted that there is no accusation against the petitioner of use of any arms. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
