The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No.152 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that when the informant woke up in the morning of 23.05.2019, then he found his daughter, aged about 17 years, not present in the house. In course of her search, the informant came to know that Karmveer Kumar alias Laddu Singh (petitioner), the son of the brother-in-law of his co-villager Gauri Shankar Singh, has kidnapped his daughter with made intention. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, due to love affair, the daughter of the informant moved from her house and went with the petitioner according to her

It is also apparent from the F.I.R. that the daughter of the informant left her house in the night without giving information to her any family members. The petitioner and the daughter of the informant were apprehended from Kawakol market, as detailed in paragraph-21 of the case diary, and, thereafter, the statement of the daughter of the informant was recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in which under the pressure of her parents, she stated about her kidnapping by this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2019 and, on investigation, the charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nawada, in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No.152 of 2019.
