2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, the petitioner is said to have committed murder of the sister of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is the villager. He submits that the trial is going on in which the informant has been declared hostile. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 13.08.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the informant has been declared hostile, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 230 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
