The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(1) of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of one country made pistol and four cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in four other cases, but he is on bail in the aforesaid four cases. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has been sufficiently punished

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74006 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 as he is in custody since 26.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Naugachia, District Bhagalpur/ Successor Court in connection with Kharik P.S.
