2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with POCSO Case No. 121 of 2024 arising out of Nirmali P.S. Case No. 232 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim girl with the intention of marrying her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. It is further submitted that both parties have amicably settled their

5. In these circumstances, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court below for anticipatory bail. The Court below shall examine the genuineness of the compromise petition. If the compromise is found to be genuine and supported by O.P. No. 2 (the victim), the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below.

6. In the event the compromise is not genuine or is not supported by O.P. No. 2, the Court below shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
