The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.T.P.C. P. S. Case No. 45 of 2019 dated 31.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on the assumption that he had masqueraded as somebody else in the examination.

It has been urged on behalf of the petitioner that he is actually the candidate but for some reason or the other, a suspicion arose in the mind of the examiner

Whatever may be the situation, the petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2019 and has clean antecedents. Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petition is allowed. The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with N.T.P.C.
