2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 182 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has heavily relied upon an order dated 09.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4164 of 2024 by which co-accused Guddu Kumar @ Genda Kumar has been granted regular bail by this Court and has submitted that the case of the petitioner is on better footing than that of the case of Guddu Kumar.

4. The petitioner has been named by Guddu Kumar from whom there was recovery. Materials have come during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77501 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 investigation against the petitioner and the petitioner is accused in 11 similar and serious cases. The petitioner is in jail since 01.04.2024.

5. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
