2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2017 in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 185 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge from his possession. Even according to the case of the prosecution, the petitioner was arrested after chase and it is surprising that the petitioner would not have thrown away the incriminating articles during the chase.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands

5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months.
