2. The petitioner is a Trained Graduate Teacher who has filed this writ petition seeking promotion to the post of Headmaster.

3. On perusal of the writ petition, there is no indication as to under which rule(s) the petitioner is seeking promotion to the post of Headmaster.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to file supplementary affidavit.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised, indicating all the relevant facts and the law under which premise the petitioner is seeking promotion to the post of Headmaster.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised.
