The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having committed loot at the house of the informant and had been successful in taking away various articles including jewellery and cash.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, he is having a clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that no incriminating articles or

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-13, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakia P.S.
