The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he involved in theft of wire. The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
