1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents are present.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- "(i) For commanding the respondents to pay to the petitioner, A C P benefit and arrear of the seventh pay revision.
(ii) To pay the MACP and time bond promotion
Patna High Court CWJC No.18222 of 2025(2) dt.09-12-2025 2/3 (iii) To pay statutory as well as penal interest on account of delay in payment in respect of above mentioned dues.
(iv) To pay differences of salary as per pay fixation.
(v) To grant any relief / reliefs for which petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Having gone through the contents of the petition it transpires that except for a bald statement having been made in paragraph no.14 of the writ application to the effect that 'the petitioner represented several times before the authorities concerned for above mentioned amount, but till date it has not been paid and the petitioner has come at the verge of starvation', neither any details thereof of the representation has been stated therein nor any representation brought on record.

In view of the above, the Court disposes of the writ application directing the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent concerned/the Executive Magistrate-cumExecutive Officer, Nagar Parishad Jamui (respondent no.8) for the grievances raised in the instant application within a period of four weeks.
5. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent concerned shall decide the same in accordance with
Patna High Court CWJC No.18222 of 2025(2) dt.09-12-2025 3/3 law within a period of two months from the date of its filing.
6. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the petitioner which is to be decided by the respondent concerned.
7. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
