JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 01.07.2017 passed by this Court in Cr.Misc. no. 28956 of 2017 whereby and whereunder, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected however, it was observed in the said order that "if so advised, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after a period of six months from today." Accordingly, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail after six months.

In view of the liberty granted by this Court earlier, I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Munger in connection with Muffasil PS case no. 35 of 2017. However, it is made clear that the petitioner should appear on each and every fixed date before
