JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Sheohar PS Case No. 180 of 2017 registered under Sections 365 and 366A/34 of the IPC.
The allegation in brief is that the informant's minor daughter did not return back in the evening and later on learnt that she was kidnapped by all the accused persons for the purpose of marriage. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are brother-in-law of father of Braj Kishore Rai who is said to have eloped with the girl and due to relationship the petitioners have falsely been implicated, police has submitted charge-sheet against the petitioners.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Upendra Rai and Renu Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by both of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Sheohar in connection with Sheohar PS Case No. 180 of 2017.
