2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 34 of the IPC.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. Earlier vide order dated 18.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52286 of 2022, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail and relied upon the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76158 of 2023(2) dt.10-11-2023 2/2 reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 176.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the materials available on record, I do not find any new ground to consider the prayer for bail.
