Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506/34, 307 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of Surendera Yadav with tangi. The Doctor has found hairline fracture of parietal portion caused by hard blunt substance. Submission is that both sides are agnates. For land dispute, the allegation is there. There is case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

No.17835 of 2018 (2) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gidhaur (Laxamipur) Police Station Case No. 122 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
