Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 216 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties as is evident from the compromise petition enclosed as Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.68752 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 216 of 2019.
